Do you offer shipping by mail?

We offer shipping by mail using USPS. You can be eligible for free shipping if your order is more than $50.00. In all other cases, you must pay a flat shipping fee of $10.00 to $30.00 depending on the total weight of your order. Overweight orders will still have to incur in shipping costs even if the order is more than $50.00. To read our shipping policy, please click here.

Do you offer local delivery?

Currently, we do not offer local delivery for any of our orders.

Do you offer store pickup?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup for any of our orders.

What are your costs for shipping, local delivery, and/or store pickup?

We offer shipping by mail using USPS. You can be eligible for free shipping if your order is more than $50.00. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

What shipping service do you use?

We use USPS as our main shipping carrier.

To which countries and/or towns do you send your products?

Currently, we only ship our products to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the continental United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for any of our orders.

What is your return policy?

All returns or exchanges must take place within 45 days of the original purchase. For hygiene reasons, pantyhose, hosiery, and socks are non-returnable.

What would be the steps to follow if I want to make a change to my order?

  1. Contact us via email at admin-info@humvi.com or call 787-394-9846 to request your Exchange of Merchandise Authorization.
  2. Merchandise must be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) parcel service within 45 days of the date of purchase.
  3. After receipt, all items will be thoroughly inspected before an exchange is processed. 
  4. If the exchange proceeds, it will be processed within 10 business days from the date the item is received at our facilities.
  5. Once the exchange is processed in our warehouse, we will provide you with a new invoice; any difference between the amount charged originally and the new invoice will be charged to the client, including the shipping fee to send you the merchandise.
  6. Once we receive the payment, we will provide the client with a new tracking number.

What products can be returned?

All products except for pantyhose, hosiery, and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

What are the conditions or rules to return or exchange a product?

All Exchanges must be authorized by Humberto Vidal, Inc prior to sending the merchandise. All merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, including attached tags and labels as well as the original receipt.

What are my return options?

The value credited shall be equal to the value paid for merchandise purchased on sale or by means of any other promotional offer and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer. In the case of an exchange due to defective merchandise, the customer will be offered one of the following alternatives by agreement between both parties: merchandise repair; exchange; or refund equal to the value paid to the payment method used for the original transaction.

Will you have to incur any cost to return an item?

The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What would be the requirements for a return to be approved?

All merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, including attached tags and labels as well as the original receipt.

Can sale items be returned?

Merchandise on sale priced $5.00 and under cannot be returned.
