As a customer-initiated return, please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product(s) to Humberto Vidal. Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

Once your returned item(s) are received by our team, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
