We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy (Online purchases)
All exchanges must take place within 45 days of the original purchase. For hygiene reasons, pantyhose, hosiery, and socks are non-returnable.

- All Exchanges must be authorized by Humberto Vidal, Inc prior to sending the merchandise.
- All merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, including attached tags and labels as well as the original receipt.
- Merchandise must be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) parcel service within 45 days of the date of purchase.
- The customer is responsible of all exchange shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- After receipt, all items will be thoroughly inspected before an exchange is processed.
- If the exchange proceeds, it will be processed within 10 business days from the date the item is received at our facilities.
- The value credited shall be equal to the value paid for merchandise purchased on sale or by means of any other promotional offer and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer.
- In the case of an exchange due to defective merchandise, the customer will be offered one of the following alternatives by agreement between both parties:
- merchandise repair;
- exchange; or
- refund equal to the value paid to the payment method used for the original transaction.
- “Defective merchandise” refers to all merchandise showing manufacturing flaws or defects. The term “defective” does not include flaws arising from excessive or improper use, scratches, worn or faded soles, damage or loss of ornaments, faded merchandise, merchandise that stains the skin or stockings, discomfort, or incorrect size.
- Once the exchange is processed in our warehouse, we will provide you with a new invoice; any difference between the amount charged originally and the new invoice will be charged to the client, including the shipping fee to send you the merchandise.
- Once we receive the payment, we will provide the client with a new tracking number.
